Andrew I. Ewoh, Ph.D
Andrew I. E. Ewoh earned his PhD and MA in political economy from the University of Texas at Dallas, an MPA in public administration from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a BS in business administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Anthony Rodriguez, Ph.D
IT/GIS Manager of School of Public Affairs.Dr. Rodriguez, has served in the public sector for over 20 years. He is the prior president of a for profit corporation with a clear social purpose agenda, KCEL Inc. Ms. Sheila Taylor
Sheila Taylor joined the Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs staff on November 15, 2002. She was hired as the College Business Administrator (CBA) in November 2019. Mrs. Taylor holds an (A.A.) Associate of Art’s Degree, a (B.S.) Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, and a (M.P.A.) Master’s in Public Administration Degree. Mrs. Taylor believes that tough times do not last but tough teams do. She believes in the power of influence and interdependence to uplift the faculty, staff and students and encourage them to high performance.

Glenda. A Higgins
Glenda Higgins was hired to the position of Sr. Admin. Asst. for the Office of the Dean at the BJ-ML SOPA at Texas Southern University on January 15, 2020. Ms. Higgins holds a B.A. in General Studies (2016) and a M.A. in History (2018) and is currently a doctoral student in Administration of Justice at TSU. As a cohesive team member, she utilizes her administrative and management abilities- coupled with her analytical skills with a commitment to ensuring that the team succeeds and the mission statement of TSU is met.
